Here is what to do:

  1. Study the entire sales page, including the video, here
  2. Spend some time clicking around inside the product, the E-learning Marketing Center.
    Watch the Tour video (the top right item).

  3. When showing a client, highlight 4 main areas (like shown in the sales video in point #1 above)

In General, a power point presentation / slide deck, should serve only as cues for you talking.

The best practice is to understand the material, and the sales video, and let the DEMO (showing them inside of your Academy account) be your presentation.

A CRM will help you keep track of your leads, prospects, and customers. Even if someone says no, keep them in your CRM and follow up later, or ask for referrals. On other words, track everything.

There are many CRM systems available.

We recommend either Hubspot, or simply a Google Sheet.
